Guidelines for Instructors and Teachers 

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure accurate scheduling and availability, please book each hour individually. Follow these steps to complete your booking:

1. Select Your Desired Time Slots:

   -  If you want to book the workshop from 12 PM to 3 PM, you will need to book each hour separately.
   - For example, book the 12-1 PM hour, then the 1-2 PM hour, and finally the 2-3 PM hour.

2. Repeat for Each Hour:

   - Make sure to repeat the booking process for each additional hour you need. Make sure you include your setup and clean-up time in your booking request.  
   - This ensures that your total workshop duration is reserved correctly.

3. Confirm Your Booking:

   - Once you have selected all the necessary hours, proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.

By following these instructions, you help us manage the studio schedule efficiently and avoid any potential conflicts. Thank you for your cooperation!

AMENITIES:
Workshop Space: Ideal for painting or messier activities.
Facilities: Bathroom, dry rack, slop sink.
Capacity: Seating for up to 14 guests (hightop stools), standing room for up to 22. Additional table space is available (you must provide your own table and chairs).
Climate Control: Air-conditioned and heated.
Food and Drink: Allowed for your party.

BOOKING AND FEES:
Weekday Rates: $25/hour (Monday through Friday).
Weekend Rates: $75/hour (Saturday and Sunday).

*Additional Charges: $75 fee for exceeding the booked time.
*Cancelations: No refunds or rescheduling will be given for booking cancelation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and Cleanup: Include setup and cleanup time in your booking.
Ticketing and Promotion: Up to the instructor. Chuck and Lou will NOT take a cut of sales.

Q: Can I tour the studio space before booking?
A: Yes, contact us to schedule a tour, at events@chucklou.com

Q: Is the studio space air-conditioned or heated?
A: Yes, the space is climate-controlled.

Q: Is the studio space wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, though there is a small ledge at the entrance that could be challenging.

Q: Does the studio supply workshop supplies?
A: No, please bring your own workshop supplies.

Q: Does the studio supply employees or people to teach the workshop?
A: No, the studio does not provide employees for your workshop.

Q: Can the studio deny or cancel my workshop?
A: The studio reserves the right to deny and cancel workshop requests. A full refund for the space will be given within 48 hours if a workshop is denied. 

Q: Does the studio have ventilation or an exhaust system?
A: No, the studio does not allow any workshops that require ventilation or exhaust fans.

Q: How far in advance should I book the studio?
A: It's recommended to book at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Follow the prompts on our website for payment. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

Q: Is there a booking fee or deposit?
A: Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Q: Can I reschedule my event after booking?
A: No refunds or rescheduling will be given for workshop cancelation.

A: Yes, restroom facilities are available.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi available?
A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available upon request.

Q: Does the studio supply serving utensils and plates?
A: No, please bring your own serving supplies.

A: No, please bring your own workshop supplies.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A: Yes, you can bring your own catering or snacks.

Q: Is there a kitchen in the studio?
A: No, we do not have kitchen facilities. Please bring ready-to-eat food.

Q: Is there a refrigerator available?
A: No, we do not have a refrigerator for use.

Q: Is the studio nut-free?
A: No, the studio is not nut-free.

SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY 

Q: Are the facilities safe for children?
A: Yes, the studio is safe for participants of all ages.

Q: Is there accommodation for individuals with mobility challenges?
A: Yes, though seating is limited and participants may be standing for most of the session.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Yes, you can bring decorations to personalize the space. Ensure setup and removal time is included in your rental period.

Q: Can I take pictures and videos during the event?
A: Yes, you are welcome to capture and share your experience on social media. Tag us at @chucklou.stc.
